Welcome to the online shop Lojadomar.pt. Thank you for your interest in our products.
This document contains the Conditions governing the use of this website under the domain www.lojadomar.pt- user and the Loja do Mar - (with the following "Conditions"). These Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users A and B (Loja do mar) in relation to the use of the web site.
To place an order in our Online Shop, you must accept the terms and conditions of sale. Before making your purchase, please take a minute to read the conditions of sale to make sure that our working method, delivery times and return conditions meet your expectations.
All products offered in www.lojadomar.pt are sold directly by "Westcoast Lisbon Sailing Centre Lda" with headquarters at Marina de Oeiras, loja C9 - Estrada Marginal, Praia da Torre and with VAT number 508184754.
Each order is administered with a contract for the supply of goods. The content of our site is an invitation to do business. Until your order is accepted by us (even if payment has already been settled), no contract will exist between you and Loja do Mar. If your order is not accepted and you have already paid, the amount will be refunded in full.
After clicking on "buy" you will receive an email as an acknowledgement of receipt. This does not mean that the order has been accepted, as it is an offer that the buyer has made to us to make a purchase. Orders are subject to our verification and acceptance. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email informing you that the order is being processed and sending an invoice (shipping confirmation). Only at this point will the Contract between you and Loja do Mar be formalised.
Only the products listed in the "Shipping Confirmation" will be subject of the contract/Shipping. We will not be obliged to supply any other product that may have been ordered until we confirm its dispatch in a separate Shipment Confirmation.
In our Online Shop, you will find a very extensive Product Catalogue, with currently about 60,000 references. Please note that we do not have in stock all the products we present in our Online Shop. You can see in the availability section, within the product file itself, that there are products that show the sentence "In stock", which means that this product is in our warehouse, you will also see products that show the sentence "Delivery in 15 working days" which means that this product is available in the warehouse of our supplier. When you place an order, which includes products that display the phrase "Delivery in 15 working days", we will have to request the product from the manufacturer to supply your order.
Once we place the order with our supplier, we will update your order online with an order under "Processing" or "Preparation", at this time, if there are any problems or delays, we will notify you with an update on your order "Order with Incidence ", otherwise you will simply receive a final update upon dispatch "Order Dispatched " with the tracking number. In addition, the shipping agency chosen for your shipment will notify you by email.
Loja do Mar may refrain from placing orders that do not
present sufficient guarantees of solvency, or that prove to be incomplete or
incorrect, or in the event that products are not available, without liability
to you or any third party. In any case, we promise to inform you and, if we
have already settled the amount of the order, we will proceed to refund the
amount you have anticipated.
Shipping costs and delivery times:
We work with 5 flat rate modalities (0 - 100kg)
Import duties or taxes of the destination country are not included, where applicable.
You have 8 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return, please contact our office: email@example.com, once the return is received, we will make the refund by bank transfer within 24-48 hours
Returned products must be sent with all original packaging, undamaged. We cannot accept returns of materials that have been tampered with or installed and then removed, or that have obvious alterations to the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of products that require special handling in their preparation, such as cables, ropes, chains, profiles, hoses, etc. that have been cut to fit the instructions in the order.
Concerning returns of products that were not in stock and were acquired specifically for a Client, we will refund the amount paid minus 20% of Administrative Fees.
On cancellation of Orders, once in Processing or Preparation, we will refund the amount paid minus 20% of Administrative Fees.
