I want to exchange a product! How should I proceed?

Please send an email to info@lojadomar.pt as soon as possible, so that our team can help straight away. If your order has already been processed, it may not be possible to exchange it.

I want to return a product! What can I do?

Please send an email to info@lojadomar.pt or contact us by phone at  +351 960 192 340 so that you can explain the reason why you wish to return the product, and so that our team can help you solve your problem. 

Can I exchange the products in my order instead of returning them?

We will have to assess your specific situation, but if justified, you can exchange the product instead of returning it. This is a situation that requires a specific analysis.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

As a rule, the refund is made within one week.

Do you offer customer support through Live Chat?

At the moment, we are only available to help through email, phone or Whatsapp. However, we will very soon have available the Live Chat service, to continue giving you the best possible support!

How can I review a product?

To review a specific product, first of all you have to login at Loja do Mar website. If you don't have an account yet, you must first create one in the "Register" area. Once you have logged in, just go to the product page and click on "Write a Review", just below the product title. You will need to enter your name, a written comment and a rating from 1 to 5.

How can I unsubscribe from the Loja do Mar newsletter?

If you wish to unsubscribe from the Loja do Mar Newsletter, please send an email to info@lojadomar.pt informing us of your decision. As soon as our team receives your email, we will immediately unsubscribe you. You can always subscribe again!

I have a voucher, how can I use it?

To use your voucher, as soon as you add a product to your cart, there will be a space available on the Quick Checkout page for the voucher. Simply enter the code and the discount will be automatic. If you go to your cart in the meantime, immediately below your products you will see a space corresponding to the voucher. Simply enter the code and your coupon will be recognised immediately!

The product I want is not in stock. What can I do?

If we do not have your product in stock, you can send an email to info@lojadomar.pt so that our team can track the status of your product. As soon as it is available, we will inform you immediately. If your order has already been placed and you have only received this information later, we will do our best to deliver as soon as possible, or you can exchange the product for another one that interests you.

My address has changed, how can I update this information?

Once you have logged in to Loja do Mar, if you go to "My account", you have the chance to click on "Addresses" and there you can edit your "Address list". Just enter your new address.

What means of payment do you accept?

You can pay your order using the following means:

Do you accept international credit cards?

Loja do Mar accepts international credit cards.

What could be causing my order to be delayed?

If your order is delayed, there may be a problem with the delivery service. Please contact our team so that we can give you more specific details.

Please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, delivery restrictions apply.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

At Loja do Mar we give you the chance to choose between two types of delivery, Economic Shipping and Express Shipping. Therefore, your order may take approximately 7 days if you choose Express Shipping, or approximately 15 days if you choose Economic Shipping.

However, please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, delivery restrictions apply.

How much does the delivery service cost?

The Economic Transport has a value of 9.90€*.

The Express Shipping has a value of 31.00€*.

*These values apply to orders up to 100Kg. Above that weight, you will have to contact our team so that we can give you a quote. 

Can I place my order online and pick it up in the physical shop?

You can place your order online and pick it up in our physical shop in Marina de Oeiras. To do so, simply contact us and tell us which product or products you want, so that we can process your order. If we don't have the product in stock, as soon as it arrives at our facilities we will inform you immediately.

How can I get help if I need it?

At the moment you can contact us through the email info@lojadomar.pt, through Whatsapp (+351 915 759 600) or through the telephone (+351 210 995 320). We are available from 10am to 7pm, every day, to help you!

Is there any advantage in creating a Loja do Mar account?

To place any order at Loja do Mar, you will always need to create an account. It is a mandatory process to put any product in the cart. You can also subscribe to the Loja do Mar Newsletter, to be up to date with news, new products, discounts and promotions, take advantage of coupons, as well as other communications from the Loja do Mar.

Is there any way for me to get to know the people who work at the Loja do Mar better?

Of course you can! Loja do Mar is an online nautical shop that is part of the West Coast Group. Alongside the physical shop, we are also a Nautical Training School and RYA Centre (Royal Yachting Association). If you would like to meet us in person, we are available to welcome you at Marina de Oeiras, every day from 10am to 6.30pm. We will be pleased to welcome you in our facilities.
